Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, including where a customer no longer wants or requires the product after purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your product is faulty, defective, damaged on arrival, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please provide your order details, a description of the issue and, where applicable, photographs or other evidence showing the fault or damage.

Returning a Faulty Product

Returns must first be authorised by SereniLiving. Please do not send any product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Where an issue occurs outside the initial 14-day faulty return period but is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the claim will be handled in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Except where a product is faulty or where otherwise required by applicable law, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Products that are no longer wanted or required

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, accidental damage or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an authorised faulty return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
